What I collect

• what you type into the form on this site
• your mobile number, and a record of your text consent (the date, the time and how you gave it), if you agree to get texts
• what you enter when you book a walkthrough through Calendly
• what you enter at checkout through Stripe, if you become a client
• the basic technical data the host records when you visit, such as your browser type and IP address

Text messages (SMS program)

Lumen (Baraa Salama) sends texts only to people who opt in. You opt in by ticking one or both of the unchecked boxes on the form at https://lumennyc.studio/contact/. With the informational box you get replies to your question, booking confirmations and reminders, and, if you become a client, texts about your site. With the marketing box you get follow-ups about Lumen's website service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except for aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

If you reply STOP, I keep a record of that so you are not texted again.

Services that process it for me

The services that run this site and my business process your information only to provide their service: Cloudflare (hosting), Calendly (booking), Web3Forms (form delivery), Google (email and Meet), HighLevel (text messages and contact records) and Stripe (payments).

All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

I do not sell your information.

Keeping it safe

This site only loads over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only I can sign into the accounts where your information is kept, which are the services listed above. No way of sending or storing information online is completely secure, but I take reasonable steps to protect yours.

Cookies

This site itself sets no cookies. The booking calendar is provided by Calendly and follows Calendly's own privacy policy.

Your choices

Email bsalama144@gmail.com to ask what I hold about you or to have it deleted.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date.
