I started Lumen because there is a gap I can't unsee: the photography on a $4.2M brownstone listing versus the website it lives on. Somebody who lives here should fix that.

I'm not interested in building a SaaS. I'm not interested in fifty clients. I want three, then six, then a dozen — NYC residential teams whose sites read like the property pages in Architectural Digest, not the property pages on your brokerage's intranet.
